A collection of dust filters for most standard sizes of PC fans.
I have not tested the 40mm and 200mm models as I don't have any fans of these sizes.
Dimensions and were based off of the technical drawings hosted by Arctic: https://support.arctic.de/fan-grills/docs
The 200mm fan filter model matches the mounting hole pattern of the Noctua NF-A20.
These fan filters use the infill pattern for the entire structure.
In Prusa Slicer, go to "Print Settings" -> "Layers and perimeters" -> "Horizontal Shells" and set the number of “Solid layers” for "Top" and "Bottom" to 0. (See the second to last picture)
Set the infill pattern to “Rectilinear” and density to 40% (or whatever density you want). (See the last picture)
Remember to scale the size of the model to compensate for your chosen material's shrink rate: https://www.3dsourced.com/guides/3d-print-shrinkage-pla-abs-petg/
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
