Rain Barrel Rubber Tubing Elbows
Description
PDFThese clamp-on rubber tubing 90deg elbows were designed for installation of rain barrel adapters for gutter downspouts. The rubber tubing that came with my kit had approx 1.25" diameter and fits on these flanged ends easily with a hose clamp to secure them.
This was printed in white PETG for outdoor ruggedness.

Fusion 360
Fusion 360, tube ends are a profile sketch revolved arounf center axis. The solid is copied to position at 90deg and separated. Then the base of the tube end is swept along a path from one base to the other. Finally a printer base plate support is added with a sketch extrusion.
