Garmin Venu 2 watch band

UPDATE July 10, 2025: I have been wearing this watch band since I uploaded it back in January. It has been with me swimming and in the shower. Other than charging the watch, it has pretty much been on the whole time, and there are no signs of wear yet.

The adjustment strap broke on my venu 2, so I modeled and printed this. It fits the watch perfectly using the existing hardware.

I printed it in 3D Solutech TPU, but I could imagine any material with give would work. Layer height should be around .2mm. I only used two top and bottom layers, and 12% gyroid infill to keep it more flexible.

The pin from the watch will fit in the holes on the bands. I had to use a small needle to hold the opening wider to get the release latch to slip into its slot, but it does fit. It just takes some work. I considered making the opening larger, but I feel more comfortable with it trapped in there securely.

The loop is easier to put on before attaching the hardware to the latch strap or by removing the strap from the watch face, but it can be put on over the latch with a little persistence.
