Description

I made this chorno box for east indoor chorno and test fire your airsoft gun. It has been designed for the AceTech AC5000 and an ammunition box with internal dimensions: 280x142x175 mm.

Assembly:
It uses magnets to hold the top cover and the sides in place: 10x3mm neodymium magnets. These get press-fitted in place. You do also have the option to screw the chorno holders in place with screws. I have added a small 2mm hole going all the way through so you can from the inside mark the position with a small drillbit and drill it out (for alignment purposes) I just used the magnets and it worked fine for me.
Use 8 of the same 10x3mm magnets for the feet. They slide in but it is a very tough fit.

Use strong padding inside the box to prevent damage to the box itself. I used 10mm hard foam, I don't know the name :) or use a thin pillow to absorb the bb's.

If you have any questions write me a comment or contact me on my printable page. Happy Shooting

Update Log:

010324 - Made some feet for the box so you can chrono horizontally. These can also be printed on a Prusa mini.

3D printing settings

Print in PLA+ or stronger. PLA should do the job just fine. I printed mine with a 0,6mm nozzle on a Prusa MK3s+ with CCTREE PLA-ST on olive green.

Print with 2-3 walls and infill 15-20% anything more is just not needed.

Can also be printed on a Prusa Mini without slicing up the model :)
