This is a simple self-centering chuck for aligning round objects to perfect center in the xTool F1 Ultra.
There are mounting holes in each corner for fixing into the F1 Ultra baseplate using M4 thumbscrews. There are additional holes on each edge to check the alignment. If they align with the holes in the center of each edge of the baseplate this shows that your printer is calibrated and has printed to the correct dimensions. Do not put screws in these holes as the chuck will not rotate. Only use mounting screws in the corners.
You need to print:
The orientation of the slots for the bottom and top must be the same, so that when the top is flipped over to insert into the bottom the slots are mirrored.
The photos show the order for assembly. Place the pins into the bottom, then place the top and align all of the pins. Finally, place the pin caps on top of the pins.
I printed this with some old PLA I had lying around.
