Introduction

The box is fairly simple to assemble. I printed the components in PETG on an MK4S with a 0.4mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.2mm. After 3D printing, the parts should be mounted as shown. The required components can be found in the parts list below.

Description

The box is designed as a space-saving distributor for standard power cables with a diameter of approximately 6 mm. It is built to securely fix and connect cables. With its compact design, the box is ideal for applications with limited space.

After printing, the 3D-printed parts should be checked for leftover support material and cleaned. Assembly follows these steps:

  1. Insert the grommets (for 2 mm wall thickness) into the designated openings of the box.
  2. Place the Wago clamps into their holders.
  3. Embed the M2.5 threaded inserts into the prepared holes (e.g., using a soldering iron).
  4. The cable ties can be used to further secure the cables.
  5. Use the screws to close the case.
