I had a question about how to make/ put together this clciker?
@rigthegoofba_4464414 oh nvm sorry just saw the video

Didn’t work for me but I think that’s user error/wrong type of filament. I’m still learning but the design and print quality appear great. I’ll try again later. Thanks!

@GregHayes_4305789 sorry to hear it didn't work. Did you have any trouble putting it together? Is it not clicking?
@Tranch I used really cheap filament that became brittle. I believe the inner section cracked. I’ll try again with some decent filament and settings. I’m
Sure it will work great.
I'm always appreciative of a good design. Everything snapped together perfectly, slight edge break on coin edges which makes it easy to hold. Excellent click noise, which makes me want to play with stiffer materials. I love the display tray.
All ratings though are based off coworker reactions: in this case I had filled the tray before work with a note to "take one", and with 10 minutes I had only the one left which I quickly photographed before three other people rushed over to grab the last one after seeing the other 4 people happily doing important things...like clicking away. I had at least 2 people ask for "bigger", and all wishing there was a hole in the middle or off to one side.
Excellent work that was very clearly thought out! 5 stars.

@Mattchu thank you for the kind review! I appreciate your appreciation for the design lol. I’m glad you and your coworkers like it. I will definitely start looking into a version with a hole in the middle.
Edit: I uploaded version 2 of the clicker coin! Check it out and let me know which version you like better: https://www.printables.com/model/1614520-fidget-toy-clicker-coin-v2 (edited)
Coin clicks decent well for the first dozen spins, but with pla it stops clicking and becomes a wheel (I’m trying petg)
