Victorinox SwissCard replacement case Remix

@TomHaynes_30709 created a nearly perfect replacement case for the swisscard. My case had broken so i printed his and everything fit perfectly, but the knife, pen and toothpick were just falling out. So i looked at the old case and there were retention nubs, so i added them in the same place and the case now retains all of the things much better. 

for settings i would suggest a low layer height to capture all the details. especially the little retention nubs

The knife, pen and toothpick now have retention nubs built in.
