Blowie Mk2 | Custom Fan Duct for Alfawise U30 & U20 | Longer lk4 pro

Custom hot end cooling for Longer lk4 pro and Alfawise U30 like printer, I've made it smaller than the previous iteration (blowie-mk1) using only one 5010 part cooling fan and a 4010 fan for hot end cooling.

I've re-designed the mounting system so it's easier to acces the hot end for maintenance,
and also it's easier to make a custom shroud keeping the same back plate.
And also it doesn't need the 3 m3 hole in the back plate for mounting, so if you stripped them, like I did ;), you'll have no problem mounting this.

Changed the fan duct design so that now is more aesthetically appealing and functional, and I'm also working on an all around fan duct for cooling from all direction.

New cable strain relif system that keep in place both the bowden tube and the other cable with only one cable tie.

the z offset that I use is -1.47 (with the bltouch spacer and Micro swiss hot end) but for avoiding nozzle crash I suggest to start from a +5mm offset and than baby step the z axis until the distance from the bed is 0.15mm and after that you can set the z offset accordingly with the M851 Z command.

Mounting instruction

The holes on the BasePlate and PartCoolingFanHolder need to be opened with a 3mm drill bit.

Insert 5 m3 nut into the hex sockets behind the BasePlate before installing

3 M5x30 button head (Base plate and rollers)
2 M3x10 (bltouch holder)
2 M3x15or longer with washers (bltouch)
1 M3x10 with washer (hot end cooling shroud)
2 M3x35 (top 4010 cooling fan)
2 M3x15 (bottom 4010 cooling fan)
