With this custom hot end shroud you can mount two 5015 blower fans for part cooling that drastically improve the quality of overhangs and bridging compared to the original fan.

I used the original part cooling fan (40mm) for cooling the heat sink, so if you want to use the original cable whithout resoldering you can simply swap the connection on the motherboard between part cooling fan and the original heat sink fan.
For the blower fan you have to solder them to the original heat sink fan cables.

If you have capton tape put it in the shaped wall near the heat break.

FASTENERS required:

Screws (not with flat head)
10 M3/9mm (2 bltouch support / 4 fans supports / 4 duct (optional))
4 M3/20mm (heat sink fan)
2 M3/6mm (plate screws)
2 M3/17mm (Bltouch)
4 M4/22mm (blower fans)

Nut
14 M3
4 M4

Notes:

I've printed the whole thing in PLA and the wall near the heat break didn't melt or deform, but I suggest to print it in PETG or ASA for better temperature resistence.
The fan duct in the other hand are pretty difficult to print whitout active cooling so if you can print them in PETG, and if it doesnt work print them in PLA. Also if you print ABS or ASA without active cooling i suggest to remove the cooling ducts because they can deform or melt. Post-Printing =============
