General information

At the end of 2024, I set up version 11 of Helmut Weigl's RoeTest. In the process, I created some 3D designs that I am making available to the community in this collection. You can read more information about my build of the RoeTest and the use of the designs published here in my build report at Radio-Bastler.de (German) or on the RoeTest website (German).

About this Design

This part is a tool you can put on your male DIN 41622 connector for soldering to make sure you solder the wires to the correct pins.

This i a multi material print, that should be printed in PLA (black and white) in 0.15mm or below layer height. You can fill the recesses with silicone rubber (possibly high-temperature resistant) and insert the corresponding male connector before curing, so that a positive fit is created, as in my photos. Then you can simply attach the marker. Or you can use the screw holes for M4 to attach the marker to the male connector.

OpenScad source code included.

Happy printing!
