Sleeved cards and room for all airship tiles

Some modifications to the original insert for sleeved cards, also a tray to put the battle dials in.

This replaces the boxes for all small/large cards and the cardboard tiles for airships.

I replaced the card and tile storage of the original insert to better fit my sleeved cards.

Also removed the text in the token storage for the bank.
