This is a 5mm spacer for the U-Tec U-Bolt Pro smart lock. It fits perfectly between it and the door, matching its shape. You can easily adjust the scaling to make it wider/thinner, or even to fit a different lock of similar shape.
When installing on a door that's slightly thinner than normal (for instance, an interior door instead of an exterior door, or a door to a shed/pantry rather than the main house) you may notice that the keypad half of the lock pushes against the deadbolt mechanism, creating additional friction that makes it difficult to turn it. This can also happen if you install the deadbolt piece slightly off-center, which would still work fine if not for said friction.
By placing this thin spacer between the keypad side of the lock and the door, you can prevent it from touching the deadbolt mechanism and ensure smooth locking/unlocking.
This prints extremely easily; you could probably go faster than I did with fewer walls and top/bottom layers, but I wanted to prioritize strength (specifically crush strength). It's not a complex print and doesn't have any supports/overhangs, so don't worry about it too much. My settings were the following, for a 1h 5m print time:
ABS (240/95 degrees at 60mm/s)
Fast (0.2mm)
Walls: 4
Top/Bottom Layers: 5
Infill: Grid, 30%
Brim
