1. Driver Shaft                (print upside down)-no supports needed with brim
2. Upper Bit Holder        (print upright)- tree supports work best
3. Bottom Bit Holder      (print upright)- tree supports work best
4. Base                             (print upright)- tree supports work best
5. (Optional) Skadis Mount              (print upright)- tree supports work best

Hardware

• (Qty. 1) M4 * 8mm screw (Amazon)
• (Qty. 1) M4 * 6mm * 6mm Brass insert (Amazon)
• (Qty. 2) Thrust Needle Roller Bearing with Washers 17mm Bore 30mm OD (Amazon)
• (Optional) Non Slip Self Adhesive Siliconepad (Amazon)

Instructions and Suggestions

Any PLA will work great for this print. I used a wood composite PLA from eSun (Amazon) purely for aesthetic purposes. It looks great once finished with a stain and protective coating. 

Using tree suports makes removal of supports easy and minimizes contact with the print surface. Im sure any support type of your choice will also work.

Printing parameters

• 2-3 walls, not critical, I used 3
• layer height is not critical, I used 0.2mm, 4mm nozzle
• tree supports needed (see BOM above)
• best printed in PLA (any other filament should work)

Assembly

• Insert heated insert onto the bottom of the Driver Shaft
• Assembly order Shaft >> Upper Bit Holder>> washer >>Thrust bearing >>washer>> Bottom Bit Holder >> washer >>Thrust bearing >>washer >> Base >> M4 screw
• Do not overtighten screw as this will clamp down the roation or OrBit bit organizer
• (Optional) Add Antislip pad on base
