Each part of the model is already oriented in the best direction to print.
The heart will require a little bit of support for the insert.
The band only has 0.1mm tolerance, you may wish to slightly enlarge the band in the x-y direction for more tolerance.

The author remixed this model.
Differences of the remix compared to the original
The entire model was redrawn and segmented into parts. A good friend wanted a gift to his long time girlfriend. Figured it'd be easier to print this way + allow the band-neck of the bottle be printed in a different colour.
