Models of Alphabet Letters Compatible with LEGO. It's up to you whether you use these as decorations for a birthday party or as keychains (by the way, there are small holes included for threading a cord).

How to Print?

Similar to what I wrote in the Snowflake model, there are three options:

  1. Printing Variant A at 100% (Risky without testing):
This version is designed exactly according to the dimensions of bricks in systems similar to LEGO. However, it’s highly likely that after printing, the studs will be slightly smaller, causing the bricks to fall off. Every FDM printer operates and prints differently.
  2. Printing Variant B at 100% (Recommended):
This version enlarges only the studs by 1.06x while maintaining the spacing and overall size of the letters at 100%. This is the recommended option, as it works best in my experience.
  3. Print a Calibration Test Plate a then scale Variant A:
Use a calibration test plate to determine the precise scaling factor for your printer that works best with LEGO or similar bricks. However, if the difference is too large, only single bricks (e.g., 1x1 stud, such as LEGO Dots) will fit well, while larger bricks (e.g., 2x1 or 2x2) may not fit due to changes in overall size and stud spacing.

Material PLA, infill 10-15%, 0.4mm noozzle, layer height 0,1-0,2mm.

I recommend checking out my numbers models as well.

I’m really looking forward to seeing your print examples and creative uses! 😊
