I have added the Extruder Main body and the Blade holder for KB4-F_5 Blade
We highly recommend this Blade since is more reliable/ durable/ thick and it sharp! be careful!

Added the 4 in 1  Filament hub 

for this you will need the 2 printed parts find them in a separate folder below
2 M3 heat set inserts ad 2 m3 x 6 screws  a 5mm ball like we use in the filament sensor switch and an microswitch. see link below for all the parts! 
 

I have updated the Lever, for the cutter, since it was pushing against the belts
 

Added Beacon/Carto/IDM Probe X carriage!

All the files are pre oriented and ready to slice use supports and use support blockers for the filament path and for the place where be blade of the cuter sits! 

Key Features of the V4 Toolhead:

Compatibility:

  • Mountable on any Voron-style gantry.
  • Designed specifically using the Sovol SV08 components.
  • Compatible with all drop-in replacement hot-ends, including the CN3D T-Volcano.

Lightweight and Rigid Design:

  • Fully 3D-printed construction with no injection molding or metal parts.
  • Secured to the 3D-printed X carriage using six 6x 6x3mm neodymium N52 magnets.

Ventilation and Cooling Improvements:

  • Redesigned vent system for better performance.
  • Utilizes the 5020 part cooling fan for improved airflow.
  • Retains the 3010 fan for the tool head, like the Shroud V3.

Enhanced Features:

  • Dual neopixel LEDs for print area illumination and status indication.
  • With a filament sensor in the extruder body.
  • With both a filament sensor and a filament cutter using a #4 hobby blade and 5mm OD and 10mm  spring mechanism.

Future-Proofed:

  • This design is part of a larger vision—our team is actively working on a Multi-Material Unit (MMU) to further expand your printer’s capabilities. Stay tuned for updates! THE MMU IS READY 

Probing Options:

  • Probe positioned inline with the nozzle (X0).
  • Compatible with multiple probing solutions:
    • BTT EDDY Probe, 
    • Klicky Probe, 
    • BTT Micro Probe, 
    • and Cartographer (if needed).

Reused Parts from Sovol SV08:

  • Extruder stepper motor, gears, tool-board, part cooling fan, and hot-end.

Integrated Functionalities:

  • Built-in X end-stop on the X gantry.
  • Filament sensor with a 5mm ball and Omron switch.

Community Collaboration:

  • Airflow designed in collaboration  with community member shoeys_for_newey providing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) flow analysis, and duct design inspiration! from the Gondola

  • 5 top
  • 5 bottom
  • 4 perimeters/walls
  • 20% gyroid infill
    Note The Lever for the filament cutter should have 5 walls 
    Printed in ABS/ASA recommended we have used Filament from Polymaker
