This is my own block figure design but I tried to make it as Minimate compatible as possible. Some of the photos show mix and match of parts between my figure and a factory Minimate.

The cross legged hip design was inspired by http://www.minimatelabs.com/default.php where you can see his design from about 10 years ago.
