While previous working on Voronoi models, I always realized how much more difficult it was to print than a regular print. It was therefore reserved for those with experience but also those with better machines, which is a bit sad. I therefore made a “Voronoi Skin” model to improve the printability. Now that I play around with the similar Wireframe technique, I realise the same idea can be applied here.
What I call “Wireframe Skin” is the simple combination of the base model (eventually a bit scaled down) and the Wireframe model that results from it. This hybrid has the advantage of being much easier to print while also keeping the main aspect of Wireframe. You can even imagine printing both in different colors (split to parts) to mimic even more the Wireframe style (for example, one transluent and one regular color). I hope that some people that couldn't do Wireframe before will be able to do this and still feel as if they printed the regular thing.
I also provided a variant of the main model where the base of the wireframe is filled in to further ease the print if wished.

I merged both the base and end result to obtain this interesting hybrid
