Bushing Baseplate for Dewalt DCW600B Palm Router

These baseplates replace the stock baseplate and integrate a bushing for use with templates.

I use these for engraving bits which don't have bearings.

It can be hard to see what you are doing with dust extraction so I printed one in Formlabs Creator Super Clear resin and its much easier! FDM works ok, too. Beware the 3/16" offset when printed in FDM has a very narrow bushing wall so go easy.

It is rigid enough at 0.25mm layers and 30% infill.
