This model solves the problem of the Standard Underware Connector where the connection to the multiboard is very strong (too strong, even) and the little thread that holds it breaks off very easily and holds weakly.
This model orients the print in such a way to make the small screw connector much stronger, and there are also slots cut in to cause the slicer to add extra strengthening layers that run into the part.
To mount: screw in the part into the channel and tighten it until the snap part sits vertical to the channel. Attach two or three to each channel. The whole channel can then be pushed into the multiboard at once.
To remove, grab the whole channel and rotate to disengage one side of the snap (like you would do with multiboard hook snap). Unlike a hook snap, rotation direction does not matter as this snap is symmetric.
Print model as provided (lying flat) with 0.2mm layer height. (using a higher layer hight may cause the slots to disappear in the slicer and thus not generate the strengthening internal webs.
The author remixed this model.
Combined the snap and small thread into one model.
