Description
PDFA small machine vise with interrupted thread for quick move of the jaw.
It has stop gauge using an M4 threaded rod through the 4.5mm hole, adjusted either by the 2 M4 nuts holding the threaded rod or by loosening the M10 printed grub screws.
Recommended maximum opening is at 85 mm.
Recommended material is PLA+
Recommended layer height is 0.2mm with 4 solid bottom and top layers.
Recommended infill is cubic at 20% or more
The part vise_grub_screw.stl needs to be printed 3 times
An additional threaded rod or bolt M4x40mm and 2pcs M4 nuts required
Support is needed on the part vise_jaw.stl
All parts are correctly oriented for printing
