Treston drawers insert boxes

Introduction

Insert boxes for arranging small parts Made for treston L-61-ESD drawers found in 551-4ESD cabinet but should fit other sizes/types to as you can mix and match treston drawers in the cabinets. 

I think that insert boxes work better than the original dividers for small parts. 

The internal dimensions of the L-61-ESD drawers is approx. 150x66 mm. Currently there are following insert sizes made

• 25x22
• 25x33
• 50x33
• 75x33
• 50x66 

Other sizes can be added if there is interest in them. 

Print instructions

I have added the settings I used in the “trestoni box inserts.3mf” but the only important thing is to turn on “detect thin walls”.

These boxes can also be printed in vase mode one by one if one has the patience for it.

Any common 3D printing material probably works, I tested PLA and PETG (but if one wants to keep the ESD rating then you have to look for some ESD filament :D)
