The goal of this project is to create a vertical omnidirectional speaker using a 3” full range speaker that can be printed in Ender3.

A transparent vinyl sheet (1.5 mm thick) was rolled up to form the body of the vertical speaker.
The speaker units are readily available and relatively inexpensive Dayton Audio PC-83 3" units.

The parts for the omnidirectional speaker are placed on the top of the speaker unit.

To use the speaker as a LED lamp, a PETG lampshade is designed to surround the center pipe. You can design your own lampshade in the same size. Light shades are printed in Vase mode.  Note that the bottom layer is set to 0. You need brim to print the shade, but be careful not to break the body when taking brim.  The mirror function of the slicer software can be used to create a lampshade facing the opposite direction.  When attaching the lampshade_long to the body, reverse the printed orientation.

Cut the vinyl mat to a length of 980 mm and a width of 587 mm (to allow for a few millimeters of misalignment while rolling the mat). Using the alignment tool (printed in Vase mode), roll so that the inside diameter is 80 mm (roughly triple-rolled). The vinyl must be carefully rolled so that it does not shift. To prevent dust from sticking to the vinyl, it is recommended to wipe it with a wet but tightly wrung microfiber cloth.

Two types of upper speaker boards are available, one with insert nuts and one without insert nuts. Insert the specified size of insert nut with a warm soldering iron.

The speaker terminals I used were 5mm threaded, so the speaker board has 5.5mm holes. There are many different types of speaker terminals and availability varies depending on where you live. For this reason, I have created STEP files of the bottom speaker board so that you can modify it.
A small amount of sound-absorbing material was added to the bottom of the speakers, but the effect was not clear.

No support is needed except "Omnidirectional Speaker upper."

Printing information such as Material, Vase mode, Support, Brim, etc. is included in the file name.
