I created this model so I could make a color-matched knob for my latest Mac SE project. I recommend printing upside down and painting on organic supports as pictured in one of the photos. The design is intentionally not extremely tight on the shaft so it has a tiny bit of play. The printed knob itself has more slip because of the material differences. The original has a bit of tackiness to help with friction. You may want to try printing with a fuzzy skin or different materials.
UPDATE: I found that some analog boards' potentiometers were slightly different, and the original model could be loose. I added a "snug" version that is a little tighter of a fit.
