Lenovo Tiny M720q Top Vented Cover

The front plate is pretty hard to get off without breaking it.  Be prepared to use Glue, the fit is also pretty hard to get right.

Might be worth looking at my other model which is just a vented lid, you need to tin-snip the top out of the original cover.
