This model was designed to hold a Linksys E2500 wireless router to the wall. It has holes for two size #6 drywall screws with countersink for the screw heads, depending on the cable tension, drywall anchors may not be necessary (I used some).
The router is not held very tightly, but is kept in place by the light tension from the cables and more generally the shape of the router itself.
