Made this to hold an elder wand that was 3D printed. Printed in PET-G on ender v3 KE setting maxed at 500mm/s and I think I had the stock extruder set to 27 or 30 mm^3/s so that may have caped actual printing speed. Also printed at  .14 layer height. Some warpage only on one end but I didn't check the print and I'm pretty sure I had some old raft/brim material on the bed that caused it (cloud printing is nearly as convenient in those cases as you would think) Regardless it came out pretty good anyways that's the attached file below

Two versions one with mounting hole for screw or nail and another one with out. For the one without you can use small nail or the metal part of the plastic thumb tac take it out heat it up and press it into the print from behind in a few places on the back and those would act like claws to keep it in the wall. IF the wand you want to mount is heavier maybe go for the version with mounting holes
