The difference between the two files is that one does not have the raised nubs in the bottom of the cup holder. This is if you want to add the rubber cup holder inserts in the bottom. The other file has the raised nubs that are normally found at the bottom of the cup holder to redirect spilled drink so the bottom of your cup doesn't get sticky.
