I created this Buffalo Bills chain necklace after seeing people wearing them at football games.

Chain:

The chain is in two STL files for IDEX or multipart printers.  You can combine them together to print on single extruder printers.  You should print the chain with a brim and platform supports to help with bed adhesion.  The chain links print at a 45 degree angle so they can articulate after printing.

Standing Buffalo

This should be printed with all supports.  The holes that the chain links insert into are not supported in the model.  Other than that, standard PLA profiles should work pretty well.  I used a fine first layer (Fewer “squished” external layers) to make it look better.  I flipped the model in my slicer so the front of the model is printed as the first layer.

Once the chain and Buffalo are printed, superglue the chain ends into the slots at the top of the Buffalo.

Printables won't let me upload the Ideamaker files, so I only uploaded the .STL files.

Go Bills!
