Festool MTF Table Offsets

Designed for the 2025 Festool Contest: Pimp Your Workbench. 

One of the most frustrating parts of woodworking in a small space is processing full 4x8' sheet goods.  These sacrificial spacers give your Festool MTF table enhanced functionality by letting you process sheet goods into manageable pieces on top of the table.  The spacers provide a 10mm gap between the tabletop and the sheet, ensuring the blade has a safe space to move without damaging the tabletop.  If a spacer gets damaged by the saw, no problem—just print a new one.  Additionally, you can transform the MTF tabletop into a larger, smooth work surface by placing a sheet of melamine or similar material on top, creating a floating tabletop that quickly converts back to its intended use.
 

Print at least 2 rail offset spacers per rail and 4 deck offset spacers.
