Lenovo Tiny Baffle Library

This is a library of baffles that can be used with the different generation of Lenovo Tinys with PCIe slots. 

These are all designs that I have created to fit a bunch of different cards people use with my Fan Shroud and I include for free on any order from the Untrusted Source Store.

There are two variants of each generation, one with and one without a notch to run a USB cable outside of the machine to power a 5v fan on the Fan Shroud. 

For those that don't use the fan shroud, I highly recommend making sure your network card isn't overheating, as I've seen some cards reach 80c+, well above their operating temperature. 

From what customers have told me, the Gen 2 baffle also fits the Gen 3 models 

Generations:

• Gen 1: M720Q, M920Q, P330
• Gen 2: M#0Q, P340, P350
• Gen 3: M#0Q Gen 3, P360

Recommended Print Settings:

• Layer height: 0.14mm
• Wall loops: 9 (For strength)
• Enable support
  • Type: Tree
  • Top Z distance: 0.24
  • Bottom Z distance: 0.24
