This mod changes your Voron Stealthburner toolhead into a pen plotter with just 2 screws.
It mounts on the ADXL mounting threads of your Stealthburner toolhead.
The mechanism was designed around swapping parts easily. It allows for
The stiffness of the mount should largely restrict unwanted X/Y deformation/movement.
The spring noticeably normalizes pen pressure, and relieves the Tap rail a little bit.
In theory, it should allow for Z (vertical) movement only. In practice, it bends and twists a tiny bit - but it's unnoticeable even with 0.05mm tip pens.
It also allows for utilizing the Tap sensor with a mounted pen if you slightly adjust your Klipper config.
The cross/X extrusion at the contact area between the the parts increase stiffness and prevent twisting.
The entire build uses
This mount takes off about 60mm x 40mm of print area.
The base mount (and the compliant spring) run safely below the belts on a default V 2.4 Tap setup, but a mounted pen could probably crash into it.
I strongly recommend updating position_min and position_max in your Klipper stepper config.
You may also want to slightly adjust your QGL points if you want to use QGL with the mount attached.
Print the parts oriented as seen in the screenshot. A tiny amount of supports will help with improving contact area.
Printed in PLA, 0.3mm layer height, 0.6mm nozzle, 40% infill, ~30g filament (including supports).
Finer nozzles should work even better.

Modified Base Mounting Plate to be 1cm shorter to increase plottable area.
Increased thickness of most base plates/mounting adapters due to stripping.
