If you change the size, the top and bottom may no longer fit together, so be careful. 

It looks good if you print the TOP with transparent filament and the BOTTOM with opaque.

The larger version is divided into two files to fit on the printing plate.

The smaller variant has both parts in one file, so if you want TOP and BOTTOM in different colors, you have to split the model into two files.
