FT Gremlin Femto F3 Mount with Camera

This is a nice, little, thin, lightweight and useful camera and flight controler mount for your FT Gremlin. The camera mount tilts the camera back at 10 degrees. The flight controller sits down nice and flat into it's mounting area with 2mm clearance underneath which is perfect to put a piece of double sided foam tape to hold the F3 down snug. This was specifically designed to work with TJ's designed frame but it may work with others as well. If so, leave a comment and I'll add to the description.

This mount is only 1mm thick at the mounting points so it slips easily under the stand-offs included with the Gremlin kits.

It was a tight fit getting the top plate under the cloverleaf antenna but it worked. A future design might raise the camera up a few millimeters to reduce this problem.

After using my original 600TVL camera mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2300292), I quickly realized it would be nice to incorporate a sturdy an LEVEL place to mount the Gremlin's Femto F3 flight controller. I had been using just double-sided foam tape and the quad tended to drift a little and the flight controller always seemed to be tilted this way or that.

I found an printed Microdure's Femto F3 mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2041827) but again as I was installing it I realized how fiddly it was to have all these separate pieces. Thus I combine both and came up with this.

Supports can be a pain to remove especially where they contact the actual part. Use care when removing because this is a very thin, light and flexible print.

Overall print time was just over 23 minutes.
