Printing Instructions

• Recommended Material: PLA or PETG for sturdiness and ease of printing.
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm works well
• Perimeters & Infill: 2 perimeters and about 15–20% rectilinear infill provide sufficient strength.
• No Supports Needed: The design should be printable in its default orientation without the need for support material.

Assembly & Usage

1. Print the number of dividers needed for your desired layout - each bin will require a set of dividers.
2. Insert each divider as pairs into the drawer, orienting it so the foot snaps in or rests firmly against the drawer floor. Note: A plate can be combined with a divider to leave one side of the drawer open (see screenshot)
3. Arrange additional dividers at different intervals to create more compartments as needed.

Additional Notes

• Test-fit one divider first to ensure it meets your drawer’s tolerances before mass-printing.
• These dividers are designed around the specific measurements of the Stack-On DS-60 organizer. While they may fit similar organizers, you might need to adjust scale or dimensions for a perfect fit elsewhere.
