PDFMiter slot T-nut for Harbor Freight Hercules 10" Table Saw.
Requires a ¼"-20 UNC bolt for insert.
Slides smoothly and holds appropriately.
Remix: I adjusted the width and height of the piece to fit my table saw.
Dimensions:
- Width of lower slot: 0.90"
- Height of lower slot: 0.15"
- Width of upper slot: 0.75"
- Height of upper slot: 0.25"
- Overall height is: 0.40"
- Overall length is: 1.5"

I am new to 3d printing (first printer Dec. 2024), so I just used the default setting for PLA
On a side note:
I know that a lot of people that have the Hercules 10" table saw have trouble getting precise square cuts out of the saw…. I have a video that shows how to adjust the blade run-out on the Hercules 10" table saw on youtube. After making this adjustment I can get very precise square cuts with my Hercules 10" table saw.
