Half Dart Hailfire parts

I felt like the Hailfire needed some love, so I update the cylinder to a more common standard in the hobby and cleaned up some tolerances. This print requires lots of supports and a large bed, so it definitely isn't for everyone, but I think it's pretty cool. The pusher simply replaces the springloaded tooth at the end of the pusher, and the cylinder is swapped with one screw.
