Decorate your bookshelf with a BookNook that you get to 3D print! There are multiple files that allow you to add some creativity of your own besides the pictured version. If you have an MMU or like multi-color extruder you can print them in different colors. Or if you prefer, you can print in one color and then paint them!
Directions: If you choose to paint, do so before assembly. Glue your interior wall and decorations in place to dry. Get your wired lights in place. Place on exterior walls followed by hanging snow and the railing. The decorate the exterior
Notes:
Glue (your choice) will be needed!! I thought about adding pegs, holes and other connecting features to some of it, but that takes away some of the freedom to place things where you would like.
The main outer casing of the book nook is one piece. I hope to have time in the future to create a more assembly style, but until then it is just one piece.
I added holes throughout the structure for wired fairy lights to be added. The wall with a hole in it is to be added to the first floor (slit in the outer case's first floor to glue it into). This way if you don't want the battery pack on the outside of the book nook, it should hopefully should fit between the outer case and that wall.
One final note: I tried to make sure there is enough room for all of the connecting, slide, etc. points. However, I have been working on this for days and don't currently have the time to test this out like I would prefer. However, if you choose to give it a shot let me know if there is any of the things that need to be fixed or altered.
