Mini Filament Cleaner

Mini filament cleaner for any FDM (FFF) 3D printer. I printed and tested it with ABS, but most probably it can be printed with PLA and PETG as well. I'm using it with my Creality K1 Max and Wanhao Duplicator i3 printers. Fill it with any sponge that has a low friction when it is in contact with the filament.

• Printer: Creality K1 Max
• Filament: Wanhao ABS @ Green
• Slicer: Creality Print 6.0

Print settings:

• Nozzle temperature: 260 °C
• Bed temperature: 100 °C
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 15%
• Outer Wall Speed: 100 mm/s
• Inner Wall Speed: 200 mm/s
• Small Perimeters: 50%
• Brim: No
• Skirt: 2 loops (just to make sure the print remains clean)

Note: Apply some glue to the bed if the model doesn't stick. - I used Creality glue that came with the machine. My printer bed has smooth creality PEI plate.
