Another CNC dust collector

This dust collector is designed to keep your workspace and workpiece clean.

The design consists of two parts:

1. Shoe Holder: Bolted to the DC motor using M4 screws, with a 32mm outlet for easy hose attachment.
2. Shoe: Secured to the holder with 4 strong round magnets (10x3mm), allowing for easy removal and cleaning.

A TPU curtain minimizes dust and debris escape. Note that some post-processing may be needed, as the spacing between parts is 0.3mm. The curtain is attached to the shoe with a small screw through the TPU for a secure fit.

This is my first major design in OpenSCAD, and I’ve made it fully parametric! Files are included—just keep in mind this is a work in progress, so don’t expect perfection.
