I installed a qi charger into the base of a mx ergo trackball mouse. This is not an exhaustive guide, but it's an easy enough project to complete in a couple of hours.
Basic Steps:
Print Stand
Glue in magnets
Cut and strip usb cable to length
Solder usb cable to charging receiver
Hot glue/Superglue charging receiver and cables in place
Cover bottom with craft foam
List of parts used:
~14x2 magnets (I actually used 14x1 magnets and doubled them up)
craft foam (stolen from the kid's stash)
