Jonsbo N3 Damper Mod

This Mod decouples the HDDs a little bit more (to be specific, the lower hdd tray and the backplane). This Mod is experimentell. 

You need 11 Bottom Damper and 7 Top Damper.

they are installed in the lower tray (4 Bottom Damper) and the Backplane (7 Top and Bottom Damper). 

Does it work? kinda. its slightly quiter.

i used 60A TPU with a trianglelab matrix extruder (the Original one with the long stepper). could also work with 95A TPU, didnt tested it.

also i noticed that after installing the buttom damper to the lower tray, the drives fits just fine (a little bit better) and the backplane also fits fine, did jonsbo planned some dampers and scratched them on the release version?
