Inner & Outer Filet Gauges

I found two filet gauge sets I liked, but wanted to account for both inner and outer filets in one cohesive set. Changes:

• Stand(s) now on a 3x3 Gridfinity base
• Center text removed from outer radius set
• Center whole added to outer radius set
• Inner radius set converted from 2 mm thick puck to 3mm, same as the out radius set
