7 Cylinder Radial Engine Dummy

Reproduction of a 7-cylinder radial engine for installation in an RC model aircraft.

The hole in the center where the electric motor looks through is 50/60/70 and 80mm in diameter. The rings are different. Depending on how big the engine is. I will produce other sizes. The cylinder is always the same size.

The cylinder has been completely designed. For printing, sink the cylinder -14mm in the Z-axis into the print bed to get half a cylinder.

The cylinders are glued into the ring with superglue. When gluing the cylinders in place, insert the plungers into the holes, then glue the cylinder in place. Otherwise you will not be able to fit the tappets afterwards.

I printed the plungers with black filament and the rest in silver gray. I painted the cylinder head and exhaust with black paint.

The weight, printed with PLA is 90g - 95g
