PrusaSlicer 2.9

Layer Height - .2

Perimeters – 2

Minimum Shell Thickness Top and Bottom – 2mm

Top Fill Pattern – Monotonic Lines

Bottom Fill Pattern – Monotonic

Skirt – 0

Brim – Inner brim only (Signs with Hangers)

Fill Angle - 0

Seam Position – I use Aligned on the Wipe Cylinder and signs with hangers. On the signs without a hanger, I paint the Seam on the bottom in the middle.

Wipe Cylinder – 2 Color and 2 Color with Hanger

Height Range Modifier

• Start Height - 0.2
• Stop Height - 2.2
• Layer Height - 0.2

Add Settings – Infill – Fill Density - 0%

Layers and Perimeters

• Top and Bottom 0
• Perimeters 1

Make sure the Wipe Cylinder prints first.

Color changes

• 2.2mm – Black
• 2.8mm – White
• 3.2mm - Yellow

I tried using 4 layers of Yellow but I think 2 layers of White and 2 layers of Yellow looks better. It will all depend on how translucent your Yellow is.

If you don’t like my settings and you have better ones let me know. I’m always looking for better ways to print things.
