Flat ribbon cable holder for 30x30 mm Slot 8 profiles (Mini/MK3/MK4)

A simple and quick solution for attaching flat ribbon cables to a 30x30 mm aluminum profile.

Perfect for the display cable of a Prusa Mini!

The following goals were pursued:

• Easy assembly
• Easy disassembly
• Reusable
• Secure hold
• Easy printing

For assembly, simply insert the clip into the groove and turn it 90° clockwise until it snaps into place. Insert the cable from the side, done!

The first time you need some force to insert it!

For disassembly, simply remove the cable and turn in the opposite direction.

Recommended print settings

• Material: I recommend PETG, but PLA will also work
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 25% 3D honeycomb
• Solid layers top and bottom: 4
• Infill first and last layer: Concentric
