This 3D printed wind turbine design can be part of the cool things  for 3D printing. It can be ideal for  hobbyists or sustainability enthusiasts who love exploring clean energy technology or want to explain how wind turbines work.

Here you can see how it works.

  • STL Format: You will find basic printing instructions to get good results.
  • Highly common generator: Designed to use a NEMA17 motor as a generator. This motors are very simple to find and buy. They can also be found in  electronic devices like 3D printers or CNC machines.
  • 2W max power turbine: I designed the wind turbine to rotate to a maximum speed to avoid over speeding. It reaches its maximum rotational speed with a wind speed around 8 m/s. From that point the voltage doesn't climb.
  • Built-In 3D Printed Lighting System: Features a LED lighting system  setup powered by the turbine. It is a cool demonstration of clean energy at work. Actually, you can use it just with  the  LED lighting system or testing for charging small batteries.
  • Educational and Fun: The 3d printed wind  turbine is ideal for teaching about renewable energy while building a cool, functional gadget.

If you’re looking for cool things for 3D printing or want to create an impressive, sustainable project, this wind turbine design is a very good choice.
