This is a game I've been playing for 20 years. I first used a tennis ball and a pencil holder to create this game. I use it as a contest at my mobile DJ & karaoke shows. Usually play “The Humpty Dance” and have 2 contestants try to score points by literally humping until they dunk the ball in the cup. Winner is the person who gets the most points before the song ends.
This version is 3D printed entirely except for the string. It is PLA with default settings. I used 15% grid infill on the ball and cup. 100% infill on the clip. I put support on the build plate only for all 3 parts. The clip is simply pressed in by hand. No glue or fasteners. You can add a few drops of superglue to the clip before pressing it in if you want it to stay permanently connected to the cup. The string is 2mm in diameter, cut to 14", and simply knotted on both ends.
