Versions of an NMBS flower pot like you could find them long time ago at the station
Designed for resin, I did a test print with PLA and 0.4 nozzle but the stringing is pretty bad (it was just a test so I didn't clean it up)
I took the picture of the one with the Belgian colors at Saint-Ghislain but didn't think of taking measures at that time.
V1 is based on estimated dimensions starting with a picture I found on the internet, counting floor tiles as reference. With a height of 126 cm we found it a bit to large
V2 was a request to limit it to 75 cm but that ended up very small, rounded that back up to 86cm with a diameter of 60cm. I found it lacked the typical shape with that diameter.
V2.5 is based on V2 but I tried to restore the scape again.
V3 is based on the picture I took myself, counting the layers of brick in the wall next to it. That comes to 115cm, rounded down to 100 cm height and 87 cm diameter.
(dimenstions are converted to real size again)
The line-up is using my oil drum and 2 Noch figures as comparison.
At this time, this is only a test and it will give you a couple of vases to print :-) The goal is to get the real dimensions and then make V4 accurately - unfortunately these vases are no longer around and the only one I know is hours away by car.
UPDATE 12 Jan 2025
I coincidently ran into a couple of these vases, but unfortunately didn't have a measuring device with me.
Using some selfies and other objects to compare with, I made version V4 that I consider final for this project.
designed for Anycubic Photon Mono 2
printed example is with Prusa MK3s with 0.4 nozzle
